Bank NXT tops fastest growing bank in mortgage loans during 2024

Bank NXT’s mortgage loan portfolio witnessed remarkable growth over the past year, jumping by about 69.74%, reaching 1.804 billion pounds by the end of 2024, compared to 1.063 billion pounds by the end of 2023.

Thanks to this strong growth, Bank NXT topped First Bank’s list of the fastest growing banks in mortgage loans during 2024.

In general, Bank NXT was able to achieve distinguished results in its main financial indicators during the past year, as it witnessed a growth in its net profits at a growth rate of 54%, after recording 1.77 billion pounds during 2024, compared to 1.15 billion pounds by the end of 2023, an increase of 620 million pounds.

The total assets of «BANK NXT» increased by about 29.3% in 2024, reaching 79.42 billion pounds by the end of 2024, compared to 61.48 billion pounds by the end of 2023, an increase of 17.98 billion pounds.

The total portfolio of loans and facilities for customers increased at a growth rate of 43% over the past year, reaching 32.51 billion pounds by the end of 2024, compared to 22.80 billion pounds by the end of 2023, with an increase of 9.72 billion pounds.

The customer deposit portfolio increased by about 33.6%, with an increase of 17.11 billion pounds over the past year, to record 68.01 billion pounds by the end of 2024, compared to 50.90 billion pounds by the end of 2023.
