EGP index decreased against a basket of major currencies to 37.923 points at today's trading

The Egyptian pound index decreased against the major currencies during 21 May, the index reached 37.923 points, compared to 37.981  points at yesterday's trading.

The Egyptian pound index rose against 7 currencies that measures the performance of the pound, it fell against Euro, pound sterling, Chinese Yuan, US dollar, Japanese Yen, UAE dirham, Saudi riyal.

The average selling price of the US Dollar in Egypt decrease from EGP 49.94 to EGP 49.90 while the average buying fell from EGP 49.84 to EGP 49.80 at the end of today's trading.

The average selling rate of Euro in Egypt increase from EGP 56.18 to EGP 56.58 while the average buying rose from  EGP 56.06 to EGP 56.47 at the end of today's trading.

The average selling price of the pound sterling in Egypt increase from EGP 66.77 to EGP 66.93 while the average rose from EGP 66.62 to EGP 66.79 at the end of today's trading.

The average selling price of the Japanese yen in Egypt increase from EGP 34.56 to EGP 37.73 while the average buying rose from EGP 34.49 to EGP 34.66 at the end of today's trading.

The average selling price of Chinese yuan in Egypt increase from EGP 6.91 to  EGP 6.92 while the average buying  rose from  EGP 6.90 to  EGP 6.91 at the end of today's trading.

The average selling price of the Saudi riyal in Egypt decrease from EGP 13.31 to  EGP 13.30 while the average buying fell from EGP 13.29 to  EGP 13.27 at the end of today's trading.

The average selling price of the UAE dirham decrease from EGP 13.60 to  EGP 13.58 while the average buying fell from  EGP 13.56 to EGP 13.55 at the end of today's trading.
