The foreign exchange rate witnessed an stable at the beginning of Tuesday 8 July 2025 trading at Egypt's major banks.
First Bank monitors foreign currency rates in major banks in Egypt:
U.S. dollar
The US dollar rate against EGP recorded EGP 49.6032 for buying and EGP 49.7426 for selling, according to the latest data issued on the Central Bank of Egypt website.
The highest dollar rate for buying was in ADIB-Egypt at EGP 49.64.
The lowest rate for selling was saib at EGP 49.69.
Euro
The Euro rate against EGP recorded EGP 58.1647 for buying and EGP 58.3331 for selling, according to the latest data issued on the Central Bank’s website.
The highest Euro rate for buying was in ABK-Egypt at EGP 58.18.
The lowest rate for selling was in ADIB at EGP 56.51 .
Pound Sterling
The pound sterling rate against EGP stands at EGP 67.4553 for buying and EGP 67.6648 for selling, according to the latest data issued on the Central Bank of Egypt website.
The highest pound sterling rate for buying was in ABK-Egypt at EGP 67.51.
While the lowest rate for selling in IDB at EGP 67.54.
Saudi Riyals
The Saudi riyal rate against EGP today in Egypt recorded EGP 13.2257 for buying and EGP 13.2636 for selling, according to the latest data issued on the Central Bank of Egypt website.
The highest rate for buying today was in ADIB at EGP 13.24.
The lowest rate for selling was in saib at EGP 13.24.
Kuwaiti Dinar
Kuwaiti dinar rate today in Egypt reached EGP 162.3724 for buying and EGP 163.0957 for selling, according to the latest data issued on the Central Bank of Egypt website.
The highest rate for buying the Kuwaiti dinar was in NBE at EGP 162.69.
The lowest price for selling was in HD Bank at EGP 162.83.
