ADIB – Egypt offers a unique daily experience to its customers through the «Masarify 3altayer» wallet

Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank – Egypt «ADIB – Egypt» provides a range of digital services to its customers to facilitate and accelerate banking and financial transactions instantly for its customers through many digital channels, which contributes to enhancing the customer experience and facilitating their daily transactions effectively, efficiently, and in a safe and fast manner.

The «Masarify 3altayer» wallet application is one of the most important digital services provided by the bank to its customers, as the application provides many services, which are: depositing money into the Al Tayer Masarify wallet, withdrawing cash from the Al Tayer wallet, and paying bills (landline and mobile phone – electricity, water and gas bills – travel tickets and cinemas – traffic licenses – donations).

It also allows transferring money to other wallets through Meeza Digital, linking the wallet to your Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank-Egypt accounts and feeding the wallet directly, purchasing from one of the stores registered with the Meeza Digital Transfer Network.

The application provides all these services to more than 50 thousand users on «Play Store», and in terms of user experience, it has shown the ease of registering with the application as well as the ease and security of completing quick daily financial transactions on the application, as Mustafa Jalal said, "A very good application".

While some comments called for working on stabilizing the service in the application, and adding a number of new services such as sharing a screenshot of the laboratories, and recording the fingerprint, and in the bank's keenness to provide the best services, customer service follows up on customer comments and responds quickly to solve any problem or malfunction that customers face.

The bank explained that to subscribe to the bank wallet service «Masarify 3altayer» from Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank, the customer fills out an Al Tayer wallet form from any of the ADIB-Egypt branches, accompanied by a copy of the national ID number and a mobile phone number to register with the service. You will receive a phone message on your mobile phone registered in the form. Download the application from Google Play Store or Apple Store, then activate Al Tayer Wallet.
