Foreign exchange rates at the end of Monday’s trading
The foreign exchange rate witnessed an increase at the end of Monday 22 September 2025 trading at Egypt's major banks.
First Bank monitors foreign currency rates in major banks in Egypt:
U.S. dollar
The US dollar rate against EGP recorded EGP 48.1439 for buying and EGP 48.2800 for selling, according to the latest data issued on the Central Bank of Egypt website.
The highest dollar rate for buying was in «EBank» at EGP 48.32 .
The lowest rate for selling was in «NBK-Egypt» at EGP 48.19 .
Euro
The Euro rate against EGP recorded EGP 56.6846 for buying and EGP 56.8497 for selling, according to the latest data issued on the Central Bank’s website.
The highest Euro rate for buying was in «ADIB-Egypt» at EGP 56.66 .
The lowest rate for selling was in «ADCB» at EGP 56.76 .
Pound Sterling
The pound sterling rate against EGP stands at EGP 64.9749 for buying and EGP 65.1780 for selling, according to the latest data issued on the Central Bank of Egypt website.
The highest pound sterling rate for buying was in «NBK-Egypt» at EGP 65.46 .
While the lowest rate for selling was in «ADCB» at EGP 65.12 .
Saudi Riyals
The Saudi riyal rate against EGP today in Egypt recorded EGP 12.8363 for buying and EGP 12.8733 for selling, according to the latest data issued on the Central Bank of Egypt website.
The highest rate for buying today was in «EBank» at EGP 12.88 .
The lowest rate for selling was in Credit Agrcicole-Egypt at EGP 12.85 .
Kuwaiti Dinar
Kuwaiti dinar rate today in Egypt reached EGP 157.8487 for buying and EGP 158.3470 for selling, according to the latest data issued on the Central Bank of Egypt website.
The highest rate for buying the Kuwaiti dinar was in saib at EGP 157.99 .
The lowest price for selling was in Credit Agricole-Egypt at EGP 158.12 .
