The market capitalization of listed shares on the Egyptian Exchange reached EGP 2.730 trillion at the beginning of Wednesday’s trading session, October 22.
The EGX30 main index edged down by 0.17% to close at 37.698 points.
Investors traded 214 stocks, of which 103 advanced, 45 declined, and 66 remained unchanged.
The total trading volume reached 320.878 million shares, executed through 31.909 transactions, with a total trading value of approximately EGP 856.607 billion.
