Foreign exchange rates at the beginning of Thursday’s trading
The foreign exchange rate witnessed a stability at the beginning of Thursday 30 October 2025 trading at Egypt's major bank.
First Bank monitors foreign currency rates in major banks in Egypt:
U.S. dollar
The US dollar rate against EGP recorded EGP 47.2345 for buying and EGP 47.3674 for selling, according to the latest data issued on the Central Bank of Egypt website.
The highest dollar rate for buying was in «IDB» at EGP 47.34 .
The lowest rate for selling was in «NBK-Egypt» at EGP 47.33 .
Euro
The Euro rate against EGP recorded EGP 55.0140 for buying and EGP 55.1783 for selling, according to the latest data issued on the Central Bank’s website.
The highest Euro rate for buying was in «EBank» at EGP 55.05 .
The lowest rate for selling was in Crédit Agricole Bank Egypt at EGP 55.11 .
Pound Sterling
The pound sterling rate against EGP stands at EGP 62.4204 for buying and EGP 62.6292 for selling, according to the latest data issued on the Central Bank of Egypt website.
The highest pound sterling rate for buying was in «IDB» at EGP 62.68.
While the lowest rate for selling was in MID Bank at EGP 63.74 .
Saudi Riyals
The Saudi riyal rate against EGP today in Egypt recorded EGP 12.5949 for buying and EGP 12.6310 for selling, according to the latest data issued on the Central Bank of Egypt website.
The highest rate for buying today was in «EBank» at EGP 12.62 .
The lowest rate for selling was in Crédit Agricole Bank Egypt at EGP 12.60 .
Kuwaiti Dinar
Kuwaiti dinar rate today in Egypt reached EGP 154.0440 for buying and EGP 154.5278 for selling, according to the latest data issued on the Central Bank of Egypt website.
The highest rate for buying the Kuwaiti dinar was in Kuwait Finance House at EGP 154.66 .
The lowest price for selling was in Crédit Agricole Bank Egypt at EGP 154.16 .
