Foreign exchange rates at the end of Wednesday trading
The foreign exchange rate witnessed a decrease at the end of Wednesday 31 December 2025 trading at Egypt's major banks.

U.S. dollar
The US dollar rate against EGP recorded EGP 47.6043 for buying and EGP 47.7381 for selling, according to the latest data issued on the Central Bank of Egypt website.
The highest dollar rate for buying was in «IDB» at EGP 47.69 .
The lowest rate for selling was in «Emirates NBD» at EGP 47.65 .
Euro
The Euro rate against EGP recorded EGP 56.0923 for buying and EGP 55.9255 for selling, according to the latest data issued on the Central Bank’s website.
The highest Euro rate for buying was in MID Bank at EGP 56.01 .
The lowest rate for selling was in «FABMISR» at EGP 55.99 .
Pound Sterling
The pound sterling rate against EGP stands at EGP 64.0516 for buying and EGP 64.2555 for selling, according to the latest data issued on the Central Bank of Egypt website.
The highest pound sterling rate for buying was in «IDB» at EGP 64.17 .
While the lowest rate for selling was in «Emirates NBD» at EGP 64.18 .
Saudi Riyals
The Saudi riyal rate against EGP today in Egypt recorded EGP 12.6914 for buying and EGP 12.7278 for selling, according to the latest data issued on the Central Bank of Egypt website.
The highest rate for buying today was in «ADIB-Egypt» at EGP 12.70.
The lowest rate for selling was in «EGBANK» at EGP 12.70 .
Kuwaiti Dinar
Kuwaiti dinar rate today in Egypt reached EGP 154.5293 for buying and EGP 155.1653 for selling, according to the latest data issued on the Central Bank of Egypt website.
The highest rate for buying the Kuwaiti dinar was in «KFH-Egypt» at EGP 155.84 .
The lowest price for selling was in Housing and Development Bank at EGP 154.89 .
Emirati Dirham
The rate of Emirati dirham today in Egypt recorded EGP 12.9602 for buying and EGP 13.0002 for selling, according to the latest data issued on the Central Bank of Egypt website.
The highest rate for buying the Emirati dirham today was in «ADIB-Egypt» at EGP 12.97 .
