EGX30 ended Thursday with 0.75% increase in benchmark index

Egyptian Stock Exchange «EGX30» has ended Thursday8 January 2026 trading session with market capitalization of 2.991 trillion.

The main index EGX30 recorded an increase at today’s closing session by 0.75% to reach 42.211 points.

Investors traded on 221 shares, 65 shares rose, 129 fell and 27 shares remained stable.

However, the turnover reached 1.92 billion securities dealt in cash executed on 155.26 thousand transactions, bringing the total trading volume to 5.73 bn.
