The foreign exchange rate witnessed slightly changes at the end of Tuesday 3 February 2026 trading at Egypt's major banks.
First Bank monitors foreign currency rates in major banks in Egypt:
U.S. dollar
The US dollar fell slightly against EGP recorded EGP 46.9454 for buying and EGP 47.0454 for selling, according to the latest data issued on the Central Bank of Egypt website.
The highest dollar rate for buying was in Banque du Cairo at EGP 47.12 .
The lowest rate for selling was in «Emirates-NBD» at EGP 46.96 .
Euro
The Euro fell against EGP recorded EGP 55.3768 for buying and EGP 55.4995 for selling, according to the latest data issued on the Central Bank’s website.
The highest Euro rate for buying was in Banque du Cairo at EGP 55.77 .
The lowest rate for selling was in «Emirates-NBD» Bank at EGP 55.53 .
Pound Sterling
The pound sterling decline against EGP recorded at EGP 64.1744 for buying and EGP 64.3252 for selling, according to the latest data issued on the Central Bank of Egypt website.
The highest pound sterling rate for buying was in Banque du Cairo at EGP 64.34 .
While the lowest rate for selling was in «Emirates-NBD» at EGP 64.36 .
Saudi Riyals
The Saudi riyal against EGP today in Egypt recorded EGP 12.5181 for buying and EGP 12.5454 for selling, according to the latest data issued on the Central Bank of Egypt website.
The highest rate for buying today was in «EBank» at EGP 12.55 .
The lowest rate for selling was in «Emirates-NBD» at EGP 12.53 .
Kuwaiti Dinar
Kuwaiti dinar decline today against EGP in Egypt reached EGP 153.6675 for buying and EGP 154.0453 for selling, according to the latest data issued on the Central Bank of Egypt website.
The highest rate for buying the Kuwaiti dinar was in «Saib» at EGP 153.72 .
The lowest price for selling was in «HSBC» at EGP 153.88 .
Emirati Dirham
The rate of Emirati dirham today in Egypt recorded EGP 12.7809 for buying and EGP 12.8116 for selling, according to the latest data issued on the Central Bank of Egypt website.
The highest rate for buying the Emirati dirham today was in «EBank», Banque du Cairo at EGP 12.81 .
The lowest price for selling the Emirati dirham today was in «Emirates-NBD», «ABK-Egypt», «FABMISR» at EGP 12.80 .
