EGX30 beginning Thursday with 1.43% decrease in benchmark

Egyptian Stock Exchange «EGX30» has Started thursday 19 Febuary 2026 trading session with market capitalization of 3.355 trillion.
The benchmark EGX30 index opened today’s session at 52.222 points, recording a 1.43% decrease in early trading to reach 51.474 points.
Investors traded on 217 shares, 25 shares rose, 148 fell and 44 shares remained stable.
However, the turnover reached 472 million securities dealt in cash executed on 55 thousand transactions, bringing the total trading volume to 1.9 bn.
