EGX30 beginning Tuesday with 2.52% decrease in benchmark

Egyptian Stock Exchange «EGX30» has Started tuesday 3 March 2026 trading session with market capitalization of 3.130 trillion.
The benchmark EGX30 index opened today’s session at 47.692 points, recording a 2.52% decrease in early trading to reach 46.692 points.
Investors traded on 214 shares, 40 shares rose, 139 fell and 35 shares remained stable.
However, the turnover reached 690 million securities dealt in cash executed on 77 thousand transactions, bringing the total trading volume to 2.9 bn.
