Suez Canal Bank increases its issued capital to EGP 3.6 billion
The Egyptian Exchange announced that the Suez Canal Bank submitted to the EGX shares registration document of increasing its issued and paid-up capital of the bank from EGP 2.904 billion to EGP 3.600 billion pounds, with an increase of EGP 695.674 million.
The shares will be increased by issuing 69.567 million shares (distributing bonus shares), with a nominal value of EGP 10 per share, financed by the shareholders’ share in the year’s profit distributes, according to the financial statements ending on 12/31/2021.
The stock exchange management examines and completes the study of the vouchers to be ready for submission to the stock exchange listing committee.
