Foreign exchange rates at the beginning of Wednesday trading

The foreign exchange rate witnessed an stability at the beginning of tuesday 25 March 2026 trading at Egypt's major banks.

First Bank monitors foreign currency rates in major banks in Egypt:

U.S. dollar

The US dollar rose against EGP recorded EGP 52.6350 for buying, while the sell price to EGP 52.7350 according to the latest data issued on the Central Bank of Egypt website.

The highest dollar rate for buying was in «EGBank», «ABK-Egypt», «ADIB-Egypt», «KFH-Egypt», «Saib», «NXT Bank», Suez Canal Bank at EGP 52.66 .

The lowest rate for selling was in «HDB» at EGP 52.60 .

Euro

The Euro rose against EGP recorded EGP 60.9934 for buying and EGP 61.1146 for selling, according to the latest data issued on the Central Bank’s website.

The highest Euro rate for buying was in «ADIB-Egypt», «KFH-Egypt», «Saib», «NXT Bank», Suez Canal Bank at EGP 60.96 .

The lowest rate for selling was in «HDB» at EGP 61.11 .

Pound Sterling

The pound sterling rose against EGP recorded at EGP 70.5046 for buying and EGP 70.6754 for selling, according to the latest data issued on the Central Bank of Egypt website.

The highest pound sterling rate for buying was in «ADIB-Egypt», «KFH-Egypt», «Saib», «NXT Bank», Suez Canal Bank  at EGP 70.46 .

While the lowest rate for selling was in «HDB» at EGP 70.72 .

Saudi Riyals

The Saudi riyal against EGP today in Egypt recorded EGP 14.0210 for buying and EGP 14.0492 for selling, according to the latest data issued on the Central Bank of Egypt website.

The highest rate for buying today was in «ABK-Egypt», «ADIB-Egypt», «KFH-Egypt» at EGP 14.03 .

The lowest rate for selling was in «HDB» at EGP 14.01 .

Kuwaiti Dinar

Kuwaiti dinar against EGP in Egypt reached EGP 171.6452 for buying, EGP 172.0274 for selling, according to the latest data issued on the Central Bank of Egypt website.

The highest rate for buying the Kuwaiti dinar was in «Saib» at EGP 171.73 .

The lowest price for selling was in «HDB» at EGP 171.59 .

Emirati Dirham

The rate of Emirati dirham today in Egypt recorded EGP 14.3244 for buying and EGP 14.3575 for selling, according to the latest data issued on the Central Bank of Egypt website.
