EGX30 begening Tuesday with 1.42% decrease in benchmark index

Egyptian Stock Exchange «EGX30» has Started Tuesday 7 April 2026 trading session with market capitalization of 3.354 trillion.
The benchmark EGX30 index opened today’s session at 47.651 points, recording a 1.42% decrease in early trading to reach 46.977 points.
Investors traded on 209 shares, 93 shares rose, 61 fell and 55 shares remained stable.
However, the turnover reached 351 million securities dealt in cash executed on 39 thousand transactions, bringing the total trading volume to 1.3 bn.
