EGX30 beginning Wednesday with 0.49% increase in benchmark index

Egyptian Stock Exchange «EGX30» has Started Wednesday 22 April 2026 trading session with market capitalization of 3.607 trillion.

The benchmark EGX30 index opened today’s session at 51.977 points, recording a 0.49% increase in early trading to reach 52.234 points.

Investors traded on 216 shares, 124 shares rose, 61 fell and 31 shares remained stable.

However, the turnover reached 1.31 billion securities dealt in cash executed on 83 thousand transactions, bringing the total trading volume to 4.03 bn.
