The benchmark EGX30 rose by 0.57% to close at 52,421 points. Investors traded 221 stocks, with approximately 124 gaining, 73 declining, and 24 remaining unchanged. Trading volume reached around 1.82 billion shares executed through 173,932 transactions, bringing the total trading value to approximately EGP 8.01 billion.
