EGX30 End Thursday with 1.19% decrease in benchmark index
The market capitalization of listed equities on the Egyptian Exchange’s main market reached EGP 3.668 trillion at the close of trading on thursday, April 30, 2026.
The benchmark EGX30 decreased by 1.19% to close at 51.760 points.
Investors traded 222 stocks, with approximately 88 gaining, 116 declining, and 18 remaining unchanged.
Trading volume reached around 2.43 billion shares executed through 225.56 transactions, bringing the total trading value to approximately EGP 11.03 billion.
