EGX30 end Wednesday with 1.91% increase in benchmark index
The market capitalization of listed equities on the Egyptian Exchange’s main market reached EGP 3.800 trillion at the close of trading on sunday, May 10, 2026.
The benchmark EGX30 increased by 1.91% to close at 54.628 points.
Investors traded 222 stocks, with approximately 137 gaining, 68 declining, and 17 remaining unchanged.
Trading volume reached around 2.62 billion shares executed through 268.35 transactions, bringing the total trading value to approximately EGP 12.30 billion.
