Currency rates at the close of Monday trading

The foreign exchange rates witnessed changes at the close of Monday 8 June 2026 trading at Egyptian banks. First Bank monitors currency rates in Egyptian banks through the following report:

US Dollar

The average price of the US dollar recorded an increase against the Egyptian pound today, reaching EGP 52.0900 for buying and EGP 52.2283 for selling, according to the latest data from the Central Bank of Egypt.

The highest buying price was recorded at ADIB at EGP 52.25 at the close of Egyptian bank trading today.

The lowest selling price was recorded at Emirates NBD and Bank of Alexandria at EGP 52.10 at the close of Egyptian bank trading today.

Euro

The euro recorded a decrease against the Egyptian pound today, reaching EGP 60.0337 for buying and EGP 60.2035 for selling, according to the latest data from the Central Bank.

The highest buying price was at ADIB at EGP 60.13 at the close of Egyptian bank trading today.

The lowest selling price was at Emirates NBD at EGP 60.14 at the close of Egyptian bank trading today.

British Pound

The British pound also recorded a decrease against the Egyptian pound today, reaching EGP 69.4933 for buying and EGP 69.6934 for selling, according to the latest data from the Central Bank of Egypt.

The highest buying price was at ADIB at EGP 69.59 at the close of Egyptian bank trading today.

The lowest selling price was at FAB and CIB at EGP 69.62 at the close of Egyptian bank trading today.

Saudi Riyal

The Saudi riyal recorded a slight increase by the close of trading today, reaching EGP 13.8696 for buying and EGP 13.9079 for selling, according to the latest data from the Central Bank of Egypt.

The highest buying price was at ADIB at EGP 13.91 at the close of Egyptian bank trading today.

The lowest selling price was at Bank of Alexandria at EGP 13.88 at the close of Egyptian bank trading today.

Kuwaiti Dinar

The Kuwaiti dinar recorded an increase by the close of trading in Egypt today, reaching EGP 169.5086 for buying and EGP 170.0140 for selling, according to the latest data from the Central Bank of Egypt.

The highest buying price was at saib at EGP 169.64 at the close of Egyptian bank trading today.

The lowest selling price was at FAB at EGP 168.72 at the close of Egyptian bank trading today.

UAE Dirham

The UAE dirham recorded an increase by the close of trading in Egypt today, reaching EGP 14.1799 for buying and EGP 14.2207 for selling, according to the latest data from the Central Bank of Egypt.

The highest buying price was at ADIB at EGP 14.22 at the close of Egyptian bank trading today.

The lowest selling price was recorded at Bank of Alexandria at EGP 14.19 at the close of Egyptian bank trading today.
