AAIB launches ‘One Stop Banking Destination’ hubs for businesses

Arab African International Bank (AAIB) has launched its specialised “One Stop Banking Destination” Business Hubs across several branches in Cairo, Giza and Alexandria, as part of its efforts to enhance the banking experience for corporate clients. The initiative supports the bank’s expansion strategy, with plans to extend the model across other geographical areas.

The Business Hubs serve as a one-stop banking destination for businesses of all sizes, from entrepreneurs and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to large corporates, bringing a comprehensive range of financial services under one roof.

As AAIB’s dedicated commercial model for business customers, the “One Stop Banking Destination” concept reflects the bank’s approach to providing seamless, integrated and comprehensive banking solutions through a single point of service. The hubs are designed to meet the evolving needs of three key customer segments: Business Banking, SMEs and Large Corporates.

Each hub is managed by a dedicated team working in coordination with the bank’s core departments to ensure seamless service delivery. Services include opening and managing accounts; daily banking transactions, such as transfers and government payments; trade finance operations and advisory services; operational support; and tailored financial advisory and financing solutions aligned with the nature and scale of each business.

The “One Stop Banking Destination” Business Hubs model is designed to enable companies to manage their financial operations with greater precision and efficiency while supporting their sustainable growth plans.
