AAIB Strengthening the Security of Card Payments with the Latest Version of PCI DSS Certification  

Cairo, Egypt – [Date]: Arab African International Bank (AAIB) has obtained the latest version of the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS v4.0.1) certification, reflecting the Bank’s ongoing efforts to protect customers’ payment data and strengthen the security of card payments.

Obtaining the PCI DSS v4.0.1 certification involves the implementation of a comprehensive set of security controls and practices including the protection of customers’ payment data, strengthening security across relevant stages of digital payment processes, enhancing security controls related to payment services, as well as applying security governance practices and continuous monitoring, in line with international security requirements and standards.
