Warren Buffett is an American business magnate, investor, and philanthropist. He is currently the chairman and CEO of Berkshire Hathaway,  one of the richest people in the world, and one of the most successful global investors as well, who has become a source of inspiration for many, whether in his economic mentality, or even in his modest spending methods, in addition to his hard work and perseverance.

Buffett was born in 1930, in US state, Nebraska, since an early age he showed ingenuity in financial and investment matters, as he did many small projects, which he started by selling gum, Coca-Cola bottles and weekly magazines, earning money from delivering newspapers and selling golf balls and stamps.

Warren Buffett joined New York Institute of Finance to focus on his differing economic background, and began business partnerships, including one with Benjamin Graham.

Buffett graduated from University of Pennsylvania in 1947, then from University of Nebraska, Columbia Business School, and obtained a master's degree in economics from Columbia University in 1951.

Buffett follows Graham's school of value investing, In the short run the market is a voting machine, but in the long term it is considered a weighting machine, which made Warren Buffett not interested in stock market activities at all.

Warren succeeded in identifying underated  companies, using the philosophy and ideas of his teacher, Graham, so he formed his investment philosophy around the concept of value investing.

He created the Buffett Partnership Company in 1956, which acquired textile BERKSHIRE HATHAWAY INC to create a diversified holding company.

Buffett was able to achieve many throughout his life that pushed him towards Awards, as he was chosen in 1999 as the best financial manager of the 20th century in a survey conducted by Carson Group, and in 2007 he was included in Time Magazine list among top 100 influencers in the world.

He was also chosen in 2010, along with Bill Gates, as the most influential global thinker, in a Foreign Policy report, and in 2011, President Barack Obama awarded him Presidential Medal of Freedom.
