alBaraka Bank Opens a New Branch in Zagazig City, Sharqia Governorate

Abd El Aziz Samir, the Head of Retail Banking and Branches, inaugurated the first and latest branch in Zagazig City, Sharqia Governorate, in the presence of bank officials. This opening is part of the bank's strategic plan to expand its customer base and branch network, as well as to implement restructuring, development, and digitization of banking products.

Samir stated that the bank is steadily progressing towards expanding its presence in the Egyptian banking market. They are executing an ambitious expansion plan aimed at attracting more new customers from all over the republic, in addition to serving existing customers residing in those governorates.

He added, "In the upcoming period, we will be opening several other new branches in different governorates of the republic, with  Ismailia and Damietta branches being the closest to opening."

He further explained, "The opening of the new branch is an important step in the bank's plan to activate the financial inclusion system and expand its customer base. The branch offers products and services to retail banking customers, as well as SMEs"

He clarified that alBaraka Bank's strategy aims to develop and enhance banking operations in line with the directives of the Central Bank of Egypt. By having branches in various governorates of the republic, the bank contributes to facilitating services for its customers.

He also mentioned that the bank intends to launch specialized products for distinguished customer segments in the near future. This will be achieved through offering a range of unique banking offers, services, and exclusive benefits, which will be made available to customers through the bank's branches.
