Qatar National Bank Al-Ahli was able to achieve strong net profits during the current year, as it jumped by 86.09%, to record EGP 8.21 bn during the first half of 2023, compared to EGP 4.41 bn during the same period of 2022 an increase of EGP 3.8 bn.

The net profit of QNB Al Ahli from its main office reached EGP 4.23 bn during the first half of 2023, compared to EGP 2.44 bn during the same period of 2022, with growth rate of 73.56%, and an increase of EGP 1.79 bn.

QNB Al Ahli main office acquired 51.52% of the bank’s net profits during the first half of 2023.

While its net profits from Greater Cairo sectors rose by 83.63%, to record EGP 2.92 bn during the period from January to June 30, 2023, compared to EGP 1.59 bn during the same period of 2022, an increase of EGP 1.33 bn.

Net profits from Greater Cairo sectors acquired 35.50% of the bank’s net profits during the first Half of 2023.

The bank's net profit from Alexandria sectors was the fastest growing, as it jumped by 208.75%, recording EGP700.46 mn during the first Half of 2023, compared to EGP 226.87 mn during the same period in 2022, an increase of EGP 473.59 mn, acquiring 8.53% of the net bank profits during the same period.

While net profit from Delta sectors increased to EGP 373.57 mn during the first 6 Months of 2023, compared to EGP130.98mn during the same period of 2022, achieving a growth rate of 185.21%, and an increase of EGP 242.59 mn, Delta sector acquired 4.55% of the bank's net profit during the first quarter of 2023.

While the bank’s profits were not affected by the losses of South and Red Sea sectors, which reached EGP 8.82 mn during the first Half of 2023.
