Foreign exchange rates at the beginning of Tuesday’s trading

The foreign exchange rate witnessed an stable at the beginning of Tuesday 29 August trading at Egypt's major banks.

First Bank monitors foreign currency rates in major banks in Egypt:

U.S. dollar

The US dollar rate against EGP recorded EGP 30.8325 for buying and EGP 30.9586 for selling, according to the latest data issued on the Central Bank of Egypt website.

The highest dollar rate for buying was in ADIB Egypt at EGP 30.90

The lowest rate for selling was National Bank of Egypt and Banque Misr at EGP 30.85

Euro

The Euro rate against EGP recorded EGP 33.3238 for buying and EGP 33.4724 for selling, according to the latest data issued on the Central Bank’s website.

The highest Euro rate for buying was in Blom Bank of Egypt at EGP 33.83.

 The lowest rate for selling was in NBE at EGP 33.44.

Pound Sterling

The pound sterling rate against EGP stands at EGP 38.7904 for buying and EGP 38.9521 for selling, according to the latest data issued on the Central Bank of Egypt website.

The highest pound sterling rate for buying was inADIB at EGP 39.20.

While the lowest rate for selling in AIB at EGP 38.97.

 Saudi Riyals

The Saudi riyal rate against EGP today in Egypt recorded EGP 8.2185 for buying and EGP 8.2523 for selling, according to the latest data issued on the Central Bank of Egypt website.

The highest rate for buying today was in ADIB and Banque Misr -Egypt at EGP8.24.

The lowest rate for selling was in the National Bank of Egypt at EGP 8.23.

Kuwaiti Dinar

Kuwaiti dinar rate today in Egypt reached EGP 99.9368 for buying and EGP100.3780 for selling, according to the latest data issued on the Central Bank of Egypt website.

The highest rate for buying the Kuwaiti dinar was in saib at EGP100.12.

 The lowest price for selling was in the National Bank of Egypt at EGP 100.03.

Emirati Dirham

The rate of Emirati dirham today in Egypt recorded EGP8.3930 For buying and EGP8.4296 Forselling, according to the latest data issued on the Central Bank of Egypt website.

The highest rate for buying the Emirati dirham today was in ADIB Egypt at EGP8.41.

The lowest price for selling the Emirati dirham today was recorded In NBE and Banque Misr of Egypt at EGP8.40.
