ADCB- Egypt opens its first electronic branch in Fifth Settlement

Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank - Egypt has announced the opening of its first electronic branch, introducing an innovative model with advanced technological systems, focusing on design and specifications.
This new branch achieves 2 strategic goals for the bank: first, expanding geographically to reach 50 branches across the country, and second, enhancing advanced electronic services to elevate the banking experience for customers, incorporating technological services and alternative channels in line with global standards to attract new customer segments.
The branch was inaugurated by Ihab El Sewerky, the Managing Director and CEO of Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank, Adel Hashem, Head of Retail Banking, Hanan Ouf, Head of Branches Sector, Morad Kassem, Head of Digital Banking Services and Alternative Channels, along with several bank executives.
El Sewerky stated, "We are committed to being the best bank for our customers and, therefore, prioritize providing the best experience for them. The bank has an ambitious digital transformation plan in line with ADCB Group's strategy, where digitization of services is a key focus for growth and excellence."
Since its inception 3 years ago, the bank has successfully launched a comprehensive range of electronic services for both corporate and retail customers, marking a qualitative leap in banking services and earning international and regional awards.
The opening of this branch today is a new step to enhance customer experience, support their needs, and aspirations by offering innovative solutions.
The bank selected a prime location for the electronic branch in the heart of Fifth Settlement in New Cairo at the "5A" Commercial Center to achieve widespread presence for the new model, providing an unconventional experience.
The branch features a modern design for customer comfort, speed, and ease of use, and is accessible to people with disabilities.
The branch offers Interactive Teller Machines (ITM) that allow customers to perform deposit and withdrawal transactions within similar cash limits as regular teller windows. It also provides sealed bank statements, bank check issuance, check deposits for clearing, and various banking services.
Additionally, the branch offers the latest technologies to explore bank services through interactive screens and educational videos.
Customers can compare different services and products to choose the most suitable ones and apply for them quickly and easily with the assistance of the branch's team, guiding them on how to download the bank's app, open an account, or use remote electronic services.
The branch operates from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM to serve the maximum number of customers and from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM during weekends.
