The Egyptian pound index Increased against the major currencies during Wednesday 25 October 2023, The index reached 54.936 points, compared to 54.745 points at yesterday's trading.
The Egyptian pound index Increased against 4 Currencies among a basket of seven currencies that measures the performance of the pound.
It rose against the Euro, Chinese Yuan, pound sterling, Japanese Yen and settled against, UAE dirham, Saudi riyal, US dollar.
The average selling price of the Euro in Egypt decreased from EGP 32.91 to EGP 32.72 while the average buying Fell from EGP 32.80 to EGP 32.61 at the end of today's trading.
The average pound sterling selling rate in Egypt decreased from EGP 37.84 to EGP 37.52 while the average buying declined from EGP 37.70 to EGP 37.39 at the end of today's trading.
The average selling price of the Japanese yen in Egypt decreased from EGP 20.65 to EGP 20.63 while the average buying rose from EGP 20.59 to EGP 20.56.
The average selling price of the Chinese yuan in Egypt Fell from EGP 4.23 to EGP4.22 while the average buying settled at EGP 4.21 at the end of today's trading.
The average selling price of the US dollar in Egypt settled at EGP 30.93 and EGP 30.84 for buying.
