EGX starts Wednesday with 0.26% decrease in bench mark index

Egyptian Stock Exchange (EGX) started 3 January 2024 trading session with market capitalization of EGP 1.759 trillion.
The bench mark EGX30 started in the green zone at the beginning of the EGX session today by 0.26% to reach 25.501 points.
Investors traded on 193 shares, 84 shares rose, 32 shares Fell and 77 shares remained stable.
However, the turnover reached 261.460 million securities dealt in cash executed on 30.422 transactions, bringing the total trading volume to EGP 685.338 million.
