Foreign exchange rates at the beginning of Monday’s trading

The foreign exchange rate witnessed an decrease at the beginning of Monday 18 March 2024 trading at Egypt's major banks.

First Bank monitors foreign currency rates in major banks in Egypt:

U.S. dollar

The US dollar rate against EGP recorded EGP 47.1877 for buying and EGP 47.3254 for selling, according to the latest data issued on the Central Bank of Egypt website.

The highest dollar rate for buying was in IDB at EGP 47.32.

The lowest rate for selling was credit alBaraka Bank and EBank at EGP 47.27.

Euro

The Euro rate against EGP recorded EGP 51.3733 for buying and EGP 51.5420 for selling, according to the latest data issued on the Central Bank’s website.

The highest Euro rate for buying was in IDB at EGP 51.44.

The lowest rate for selling was in AAIB at EGP 51.52.

Pound Sterling

The pound sterling rate against EGP stands at EGP 60.1124 for buying and EGP 60.3067 for selling, according to the latest data issued on the Central Bank of Egypt website.

The highest pound sterling rate for buying was in IDB at EGP 61.20.

While the lowest rate for selling in QNB ALLI at EGP 60.24.

Saudi Riyals

The Saudi riyal rate against EGP today in Egypt recorded EGP 12.5820 for buying and EGP 12.6194 for selling, according to the latest data issued on the Central Bank of Egypt website.

The highest rate for buying today was in ADIB Egypt at EGP12.62.

The lowest rate for selling was in IDB at EGP 12.60.

Kuwaiti Dinar

Kuwaiti dinar rate today in Egypt reached EGP 153.4610 for buying and EGP 153.9587 for selling, according to the latest data issued on the Central Bank of Egypt website.

The highest rate for buying the Kuwaiti dinar was in ADIB Egypt at EGP 153.53.

The lowest price for selling was in NBE at EGP 154.14.
