Performance of listed Bank Stocks at the close of EGX trading during March 2024

First Bank list reveals the performance of listed bank stocks on the Egyptian Stock Exchange at the end of last month trading, the stock of CIB rose by 5.31%, to close at EGP 76.98 at the end of March's trading 2024, compared to an opening price of EGP 73.10 at the beginning of the same Month's trading.

The value of the bank's stocks trading was about EGP 13.593 bn, which is the highest market value for shares of the banks sector traded on EGX, distributed over 160.961 mn securities to get 13.80% of the total value of trading at the end of last month's trading.

The list indicated an increase in the stock of 1 bank traded in EGP and decreases in the stock of 8 banks during the last Month Returning to the list, the stock of EBank declined by 4.91%, closing at EGP 24.00 at the end of last month’s trading, compared to an opening price of EGP 25.24 at the beginning of the same month’s trading.

The value of the bank's stocks trading was about EGP 139.489 mn distributed over 5.468 thousand securities to get 0.10% of the total value of trading at the end of last Month's trading.

 The stock of ADIB Egypt Fell by 11.14%, to close at EGP 39.50 at the end of last Month's trading, compared to an opening price of EGP 44.45 at the beginning of the same Month’s trading.

The value of the bank's stocks trading was about EGP 808.328 mn distributed over 16.637 mn securities to get 0.80% of the total value of trading at the end of last March's trading.

The stock of SC Bank dropped by 14.31%, to close at EGP 13.05 at the end of last Month's trading, compared to an opening price of EGP 15.23 at the beginning of the same Month’s trading.

The value of the bank's stocks trading was about EGP 38.847 mn distributed over 2.426 mn securities at the end of last March's trading.

  The stock credit Agricole Fell by 16.85%, to close at EGP 19.40 at the end of last Month's trading, compared to an opening price of EGP 23.33 at the beginning of the same Month’s trading.

The value of the bank's stocks trading was about EGP 646.757 mn distributed over 25.548 thousand securities to get 0.70% of the total value of trading at the end of last March's trading.

  The stock Faisal Bank declined by 17.42%, to close at EGP 19.16 at the end of last Month's trading, compared to an opening price of EGP 35.31 at the beginning of the same Month’s trading.

The value of the bank's stocks trading was about EGP 89.578 mn distributed over 2.557 thousand securities to get 2.60% of the total value of trading at the end of last month's trading.

The stock of alBaraka Bank fell by 18.85%, to close at EGP 14.41 at the end of last Month's trading, compared to an opening price of EGP 11.41 at the beginning of the same Month’s trading. The value of the bank's stocks trading was about EGP 89.949 mn distributed over 6.162 thousand securities to get 0.10% of the total value of trading at the end of last month's trading.

  Regarding Banks traded in dollars, the stock of saib rose by 19.89%, to close at $ 2.110 at the end of last Month's trading, compared to an opening price of $1.760 at the beginning of the same Month’s trading.
