Foreign exchange rates at the beginning of Tuesday's trading

The foreign exchange rate witnessed an increase at the beginning of Tuesday 16 April 2024 trading at Egypt's major banks.

First Bank monitors foreign currency rates in major banks in Egypt:

U.S. dollar

The US dollar rate against EGP recorded EGP 48.2921 for buying and EGP 48.4271 for selling, according to the latest data issued on the Central Bank of Egypt website.

The highest dollar rate for buying was in ADIB Egypt at EGP 48.68.

The lowest rate for selling was Credit Agricole Bank, at EGP 48.30.

Euro

The Euro rate against EGP recorded EGP 51.4552 for buying and EGP 51.6185 for selling, according to the latest data issued on the Central Bank’s website.

The highest Euro rate for buying was in EBank at EGP 51.77.

The lowest rate for selling was in ADCB EGP 51.33.

Pound Sterling

The pound sterling rate against EGP stands at EGP 60.2588 for buying and EGP 60.4322 for selling, according to the latest data issued on the Central Bank of Egypt website.

The highest pound sterling rate for buying was in credit Agricole Egypt at EGP 60.57.

While the lowest rate for selling in in saib at EGP 60.13.

Saudi Riyals

The Saudi riyal rate against EGP today in Egypt recorded EGP 12.8731 for buying and EGP 12.9108 for selling, according to the latest data issued on the Central Bank of Egypt website.

The highest rate for buying today was in ABK-Egypt at EGP12.45.

The lowest rate for selling was in EBank, at EGP 12.88.

Kuwaiti Dinar

Kuwaiti dinar rate today in Egypt reached EGP 156.6094 for buying and EGP 157.3178 for selling, according to the latest data issued on the Central Bank of Egypt website.

The highest rate for buying the Kuwaiti dinar was in HD Bank at EGP 154.74.

The lowest price for selling was in NBE at EGP 154.57.

Emirati Dirham

The rate of Emirati dirham today in Egypt recorded EGP 13.1493 For buying and EGP 13.1871 For selling, according to the latest data issued on the Central Bank of Egypt website.

The highest rate for buying the Emirati dirham today was in ABK-Egypt at EGP13.00.

The lowest price for selling the Emirati dirham today was recorded In Credit Agricole Bank at EGP12.95.
