EGX starts Wednesday with 0.94% increase in bench mark index

Egyptian Stock Exchange (EGX) started 1 May 2024 trading session with market capitalization of EGP 1.669 trillion.
The bench mark EGX30 started in the green zone at the beginning of the EGX session today by 0.94% to reach 24.678 points.
Investors traded on 153 shares, 30 shares rose, 2 shares Fell and 121 shares remained stable.
However, the turnover reached 17.255 million securities dealt in cash executed on 4.020 transactions, bringing the total trading volume to EGP 65.680 million.
