EGX ends Wednesday’s session with 1.67% decrease in bench mark index

Egyptian Stock Exchange (EGX) has ended Tuesday, 8 May 2024 trading session with market capitalization of EGP 1.759trillion.
The main index EGX30 seen an decrease at today’s closing session by 1.67% to reach 26.939 points.
Investors traded on 204 shares, 27 shares rose, 115 shares fell and 62 shares remained stable.
However, the turnover reached 719.450million securities dealt in cash executed on 104.604 transactions, bringing the total trading volume to EGP 39.808 million.
