How to Book an online appointment with Business Development Specialist from NBE

NBE offers an appointment booking service with a business development specialist for SMEs. The service aims to qualify existing and newly established projects and entrepreneurs in various economic activities to benefit from banking services such as credit solutions and technical consultations. The service allows customers to book an appointment with a business development specialist (BDS) to hold a meeting through one of the following means:

• Visit electronic service branches.
• Book an appointment online through WebEx meeting.
• Head to the nearest branch that has a Business Development Hub.

First Bank website monitors the steps to follow if you wish to visit the nearest branch to hold a meeting with the business development specialist, the following steps are taken:

1. Select your governorate.
2. Choose the nearest branch from the list of electronic service branches or branches with a business development hub.
3. Enter your national ID or passport No., then click "submit".

• In case you wish to have consultations online, the following steps are taken:

1. Enter your national ID or passport No.
2. Click on "I would like to consult online without going to the branch", then click "submit".
3. After choosing the meeting method, fill in your personal information, then click "submit".
4. The request will be examined by the BDS and the appointment will be confirmed to obtain the service.

• There is no cost for requesting or obtaining the service.
