EGP index Fell 0.393 points over a week, Euro and Pound Sterling most effective

The Egyptian pound index decreased 0.393 points against the major of currencies over the week, it Fell to 39.680 points, compared to 40.073 points at last Thursday's trading.

The average selling rate of the US dollar in Egypt rose from EGP 48.05 to EGP 48.30 over the week's trading, while the average buying rate increased from EGP 47.95 to EGP 48.20.

The average selling rate of the Euro in Egypt rose from EGP 52.02 to EGP 52.81 over the week's trading, while the average buying rate increased from EGP 51.89 to EGP 52.89.

The average rate of the Pound Sterling in Egypt rose from EGP 61.56 to EGP 62.73 over the week's trading while the average buying price increased from EGP 61.42 to EGP 62.58.

The average rate of the Japanese yen in Egypt increased from EGP 29.76 to EGP 30.88 while the buying rate rose from EGP29.69 to EGP 30.81.

The average rate of the Chinese Yuan in Egypt rose from EGP 6.60 to EGP 6.65 over the week's trading while the average buying price rose from EGP 6.59 to EGP 6.63.

The average selling rate of the Saudi riyal in Egypt rose from EGP 12.81 to EGP 12.87 over the week's trading while the average buying price rose from EGP 12.78 to EGP 12.85.

The average selling rate of the UAE dirham in Egypt increased from EGP 13.08 to EGP 13.15 while the buying rate rose from EGP13.05 to EGP 13.12.
