Foreign exchange rate at the beginning of Tuesday’s trading

The Foreign exchange rate witnessed a divergence in the beginning of Tuesday’s trading at Egypt's major banks.

First Bank monitors foreign currency rates in major banks in Egypt:

U.S. dollar

The US dollar rate against EGP recorded EGP24.7023 for buying and EGP24.861 for selling, according to the latest data issued on the Central Bank of Egypt website.

The highest dollar rate for buying was in ADIB at EGP 24.74.

The lowest rate for selling was in the National Bank of Egypt and Banque Misr at the level of EGP 24.71

Euro

The Euro rate against EGP recorded EGP 26.3895 for buying and EGP 26.4889 for selling, according to the latest data issued on the Central Bank’s website.

The highest Euro rate for buying was in the United Bank at EGP26.33. The lowest rate for selling was in National Bank of Egypt and Banque Misr at EGP 26.38.

Pound Sterling

The pound sterling rate against EGP stands at EGP 29.7614 pounds for buying and EGP 29.8846 for selling, according to the latest data issued on the Central Bank of Egypt website.

The highest pound sterling rate for buying in the ADIB Egypt at EGP29.77

While the lowest rate for selling was in National Bank of Egypt at EGP 29.76

Saudi Riyals

The Saudi riyal rate against EGP today in Egypt recorded EGP6.5706 for buying and EGP6.5947 pounds for selling, according to the latest data issued on the Central Bank of Egypt website.

The highest rate for buying today was in ABK-Egypt was at EGP6.57

The lowest rate for selling was in the National Bank of Egypt and Banque Misr at EGP 6.57

Kuwaiti Dinar

Kuwaiti dinar rate today in Egypt reached EGP 80.7372 for buying and EGP81.0374 for selling, according to the latest data issued on the Central Bank of Egypt website.

The highest rate for buying the Kuwaiti dinar was in SAIB was at EGP80.62. The lowest price for selling was in the National Bank of Egypt came at EGP80.73

Emirati Dirham

The rate of Emirati dirham today in Egypt recorded EGP 6.7248 for buying and EGP 6.7495 for selling, according to the latest data issued on the Central Bank of Egypt website.

The highest rate for buying the Emirati dirham today in Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank Egypt was at EGP6.73

The lowest price for selling the Emirati dirham today was recorded in the National Bank of Egypt at EGP6.72
