EGP index decreased against a basket of major currencies to 37.819 points at today's trading

The Egyptian pound index decreased against the major currencies during 13 March 2025, the index reached 37.819 points, compared to 37.771  points at yesterday's trading.

The Egyptian pound index rose against 7 currencies that measures the performance of the pound, it fell against Euro, pound sterling, Chinese Yuan, US dollar, Japanese Yen, UAE dirham, Saudi riyal.

The average selling price of the US Dollar in Egypt decreased from EGP 50.73 to EGP 50.70 while the average buying fell from EGP 50.63 to EGP 50.60 at the end of today's trading.

The average selling rate of Euro in Egypt decreased from EGP 55.35 to EGP 55.11 while the average buying fell from  EGP 55.24 to EGP 54.97 at the end of today's trading.

The average selling price of the pound sterling in Egypt decreased from EGP 65.75 to EGP 65.66 while the average fell from EGP 65.59 to EGP 65.51 at the end of today's trading.

The average selling price of the Japanese yen in Egypt increases from EGP 34.11 to EGP 34.25 while the average buying rose from EGP 34.04 to EGP 34.18 at the end of today's trading.

The average selling price of Chinese yuan in Egypt decreased from EGP 7.00 to EGP 6.99 while the average buying  setteled at EGP 6.98  at the end of today's trading.

The average selling price of the Saudi riyal in Egypt decreased from EGP 13.52 to EGP 13.51 while the average buying fell from EGP 13.50 to EGP 13.49 at the end of today's trading.

The average selling price of the UAE dirham decreased from EGP 13.81 to EGP 13.80 while the average buying fell from  EGP 13.78 to EGP 13.77 at the end of today's trading.
