The foreign exchange rate witnessed an stable at the beginning of Sunday 18 May 2025 trading at Egypt's major banks.
First Bank monitors foreign currency rates in major banks in Egypt:
U.S. dollar
The US dollar rate against EGP recorded EGP 50.0813 for buying and EGP 50.2152 for selling, according to the latest data issued on the Central Bank of Egypt website.
The highest dollar rate for buying was in ADIB-Egypt at EGP 50.25.
The lowest rate for selling was saib at EGP 50.08.
Euro
The Euro rate against EGP recorded EGP 56.0910 for buying and EGP 56.2460 for selling, according to the latest data issued on the Central Bank’s website.
The highest Euro rate for buying was in ABK-Egypt at EGP 56.42.
The lowest rate for selling was in ADIB at EGP 56.03 .
Pound Sterling
The pound sterling rate against EGP stands at EGP 66.5530 for buying and EGP 66.7510 for selling, according to the latest data issued on the Central Bank of Egypt website.
The highest pound sterling rate for buying was in ABK-Egypt at EGP 67.02.
While the lowest rate for selling in IDB at EGP 66.10.
Saudi Riyals
The Saudi riyal rate against EGP today in Egypt recorded EGP 13.3518 for buying and EGP 13.3882 for selling, according to the latest data issued on the Central Bank of Egypt website.
The highest rate for buying today was in ADIB at EGP 13.45.
The lowest rate for selling was in saib at EGP 12.92.
Kuwaiti Dinar
Kuwaiti dinar rate today in Egypt reached EGP 162.8606 for buying and EGP 163.3863 for selling, according to the latest data issued on the Central Bank of Egypt website.
The highest rate for buying the Kuwaiti dinar was in NBE at EGP 171.09.
The lowest price for selling was in HD Bank at EGP 151.82.
Emirati Dirham
