Foreign exchange rates at the end of Tuesday’s trading

The foreign exchange rate witnessed a decrease at the end of Tuesday 30 September 2025 trading at Egypt's major banks.

First Bank monitors foreign currency rates in major banks in Egypt:

U.S. dollar

The US dollar rate against EGP recorded EGP 47.8077 for buying and EGP 47.9411 for selling, according to the latest data issued on the Central Bank of Egypt website.

The highest dollar rate for buying was in Banque de Caire at EGP 48.13 .

The lowest rate for selling was in «ADCB» at EGP 47.90 .

Euro

The Euro rate against EGP recorded EGP 56.1645 for buying and EGP 56.3260 for selling, according to the latest data issued on the Central Bank’s website.

The highest Euro rate for buying was in Banque de Caire at EGP 56.50 .

The lowest rate for selling was in The United Bank at EGP 56.27 .

Pound Sterling

The pound sterling rate against EGP stands at EGP 64.2344 for buying and EGP 64.4329 for selling, according to the latest data issued on the Central Bank of Egypt website.

The highest pound sterling rate for buying was in Banque de Caire at EGP 64.67 .

While the lowest rate for selling was in The United Bank  at EGP 64.43 .

Saudi Riyals

The Saudi riyal rate against EGP today in Egypt recorded EGP 12.7474 for buying and EGP 12.7836 for selling, according to the latest data issued on the Central Bank of Egypt website.

The highest rate for buying today was in «ADIB-Egypt» at EGP 12.81 .

The lowest rate for selling was in «saib» at EGP 12.77 .

Kuwaiti Dinar

Kuwaiti dinar rate today in Egypt reached EGP 156.4389 for buying and EGP 156.9524 for selling, according to the latest data issued on the Central Bank of Egypt website.

The highest rate for buying the Kuwaiti dinar was in Banque de Caire at EGP 157.29 .

The lowest price for selling was in Credit Agricole-Egypt at EGP 156.80 .

Emirati Dirham

The rate of Emirati dirham today in Egypt recorded EGP 13.0149 for buying and EGP 13.0530 for selling, according to the latest data issued on the Central Bank of Egypt website.

The highest rate for buying the Emirati dirham today was in Banque de Caire  at EGP 13.09 .

The lowest price for selling the Emirati dirham today was in Al Baraka Bank-Egypt at EGP 13.04 .
