The foreign exchange rate witnessed a stability at the beginning of Wednesday 15 October 2025 trading at Egypt's major bank.
First Bank monitors foreign currency rates in major banks in Egypt:
U.S. dollar
The US dollar rate against EGP recorded EGP 47.6469 for buying and EGP 47.7814 for selling, according to the latest data issued on the Central Bank of Egypt website.
The highest dollar rate for buying was in «ADIB-Egypt» at EGP 47.80 .
The lowest rate for selling was in Banque du Caire at EGP 47.61 .
Euro
The Euro rate against EGP recorded EGP 55.0417 for buying and EGP 55.2018 for selling, according to the latest data issued on the Central Bank’s website.
The highest Euro rate for buying was in «ADIB-Egypt» at EGP 55.24 .
The lowest rate for selling was in MID Bank at EGP 55.30 .
Pound Sterling
The pound sterling rate against EGP stands at EGP 63.1893 for buying and EGP 63.3867 for selling, according to the latest data issued on the Central Bank of Egypt website.
The highest pound sterling rate for buying was in «EBank» at EGP 63.55 .
While the lowest rate for selling was in «NBK-Egypt» at EGP 63.53 .
Saudi Riyals
The Saudi riyal rate against EGP today in Egypt recorded EGP 12.7045 for buying and EGP 12.7410 for selling, according to the latest data issued on the Central Bank of Egypt website.
The highest rate for buying today was in «ADIB-Egypt» at EGP 12.75 .
The lowest rate for selling was in Banque du Caire at EGP 12.69 .
Kuwaiti Dinar
Kuwaiti dinar rate today in Egypt reached EGP 155.1713 for buying and EGP 155.6497 for selling, according to the latest data issued on the Central Bank of Egypt website.
The highest rate for buying the Kuwaiti dinar was in Kuwait Finance House at EGP 155.98 .
The lowest price for selling was in «FABMISR» at EGP 155.62 .
