Foreign exchange rates at the beginning of Thuresday’s trading

The foreign exchange rate witnessed a stability at the beginning of Thuresday 11 December 2025 trading at Egypt's major bank.

First Bank monitors foreign currency rates in major banks in Egypt:

U.S. dollar

The US dollar rate against EGP recorded EGP 47.5597 for buying and EGP 47.6994 for selling, according to the latest data issued on the Central Bank of Egypt website.

The highest dollar rate for buying was in «ADIB-Egypt» at EGP 47.60.

The lowest rate for selling was in «Emirates NBD» at EGP 47.56.

Euro

The Euro rate against EGP recorded EGP 55.3357 for buying and EGP 55.5078 for selling, according to the latest data issued on the Central Bank’s website.

The highest Euro rate for buying was in «IDB» at 55.38 EGP.

The lowest rate for selling was in «Emirates NBD» at 55.44 EGP .

Pound Sterling

The pound sterling rate against EGP stands at EGP 63.2972 for buying and EGP 63.5022 for selling, according to the latest data issued on the Central Bank of Egypt website.

The highest pound sterling rate for buying was in «IDB» at EGP 63.33.

While the lowest rate for selling was in «Emirates NBD» at EGP 63.38 .

Saudi Riyals

The Saudi riyal rate against EGP today in Egypt recorded EGP 12.6731 for buying and EGP 12.7110 for selling, according to the latest data issued on the Central Bank of Egypt website.

The highest rate for buying today was in «EBank» at EGP 12.68.

The lowest rate for selling was in «ABK-Egypt» at EGP 12.69.

Kuwaiti Dinar

Kuwaiti dinar rate today in Egypt reached EGP 154.8470 for buying and EGP 155.3525 for selling, according to the latest data issued on the Central Bank of Egypt website.

The highest rate for buying the Kuwaiti dinar was in «KFH» at EGP 155.54.

The lowest price for selling was in «ABK-Egypt» at EGP 155.15.

Emirati Dirham

The rate of Emirati dirham today in Egypt recorded EGP 12.9485 for buying and EGP 12.9879 for selling, according to the latest data issued on the Central Bank of Egypt website.

The highest rate for buying the Emirati dirham today was in «EBank» at EGP 12.96.

The lowest price for selling the Emirati dirham today was in «Emirates NBD» at EGP 12.96 .
