EGX30 beginning Sunday with 0.84% decrease in benchmark index

Egyptian Stock Exchange «EGX30» has Started Sunday 1 February 2026 trading session with market capitalization of 3.147 trillion.
The benchmark EGX30 index opened today’s session at 47.785 points, recording a 0.84% decrease in early trading to reach 47.384 points.
Investors traded on 212 shares, 68 shares rose, 68 fell and 76 shares remained stable.
However, the turnover reached 316 million securities dealt in cash executed on 38 thousand transactions, bringing the total trading volume to 656 mn.
