EGX30 beginning Thursday with 0.48% decrease in benchmark

Egyptian Stock Exchange «EGX30» has Started thursday 26 February 2026 trading session with market capitalization of 3.220 trillion.
The benchmark EGX30 index opened today’s session at 49.014 points, recording a 0.48% decrease in early trading to reach 48.777 points.
Investors traded on 215 shares, 114 shares rose, 62 fell and 39 shares remained stable.
However, the turnover reached 546 million securities dealt in cash executed on 75 thousand transactions, bringing the total trading volume to 2.47 bn.
