EGX30 begening Thursday with 0.92% increase in benchmark index

Egyptian Stock Exchange «EGX30» has Started Thursday 9 April 2026 trading session with market capitalization of 3.427 trillion.
The benchmark EGX30 index opened today’s session at 48.593 points, recording a 0.92% increase in early trading to reach 49.038 points.
Investors traded on 215 shares, 95 shares rose, 54 fell and 66 shares remained stable.
However, the turnover reached 748 million securities dealt in cash executed on 58 thousand transactions, bringing the total trading volume to 2.29 bn.
