Foreign exchange rates at the end of Thursday trading
The foreign exchange rates witnessed noticeable decreases at the close of Thursday 23 April 2026 trading at Egyptian banks.
First Bank monitors currency rates in Egyptian banks through the following report:
U.S. dollar
The US dollar rose against EGP recorded EGP 52.5694 for buying, while the sell price to EGP 52.6694 according to the latest data issued on the Central Bank of Egypt website.
The highest dollar rate for buying was in «ADIB-Egypt», Suez Canal Bank at EGP 52.61 .
The lowest rate for selling was in «AIB» at EGP 52.06 .
Euro
The Euro rose against EGP recorded EGP 61.4694 for buying and EGP 61.5916 for selling, according to the latest data issued on the Central Bank’s website.
The highest Euro rate for buying was in «ADIB-Egypt», Suez Canal Bank at EGP 61.52 .
The lowest rate for selling was in «AIB» at EGP 61.26 .
Pound Sterling
The pound sterling rose against EGP recorded at EGP 70.9792 for buying and EGP 71.1301 for selling, according to the latest data issued on the Central Bank of Egypt website.
The highest pound sterling rate for buying was in «ADIB-Egypt», Suez Canal Bank at EGP 70.92 .
While the lowest rate for selling was in «AIB» at EGP 70.46 .
Saudi Riyals
The Saudi riyal rose against EGP today in Egypt recorded EGP 14.0155 for buying and EGP 14.0429 for selling, according to the latest data issued on the Central Bank of Egypt website.
The highest rate for buying today was in «ADIB-Egypt» at EGP 13.86 .
The lowest rate for selling was in «AIB» at EGP 13.89 .
Kuwaiti Dinar
Kuwaiti dinar rose against EGP in Egypt reached EGP 171.4314 for buying, EGP 171.8135 for selling, according to the latest data issued on the Central Bank of Egypt website.
The highest rate for buying the Kuwaiti dinar was in «HSBC» at EGP 171.49 .
The lowest price for selling was in «AIB» at EGP 169.91 .
Emirati Dirham
The rate of Emirati dirham today in Egypt recorded EGP 14.3112 for buying and EGP 14.3396 for selling, according to the latest data issued on the Central Bank of Egypt website.
The highest rate for buying the Emirati dirham today was in «ADIB-Egypt» at EGP 14.32 .
The lowest price for selling the Emirati dirham today was in «AIB» at EGP 14.18 .
