EGX Opens Sunday, May 3 Session with EGX30 Up by 0.47%

The market capitalization of listed equities in the Egyptian Exchange’s main market recorded EGP 3.697 trillion at the start of trading on Sunday, May 3.

The benchmark EGX30 opened the session at 51.760 points and rose by 0.47% in early trading to reach 52.004 points.

Investors traded 217 stocks, with 152 gaining, 37 declining, and 28 remaining unchanged.

Trading volume reached approximately 614 billion shares executed through 91 transactions, with a total value of about EGP 2.86 billion.
