Currency rates at the start of Sunday trading

The foreign exchange rates witnessed stability at the start of Sunday 21 June 2026 trading at Egyptian banks. First Bank monitors currency rates in Egyptian banks through the following report:

US Dollar

The average price of the US dollar recorded a decrease against the Egyptian pound Last Thursday, reaching EGP 49.86 for buying and EGP 49.96 for selling, according to the latest data from the Central Bank of Egypt.

The highest buying price was recorded at «ADIB» at EGP 50.18 at the start of Egyptian bank trading today.

The lowest selling price was recorded at «AlexBank» at EGP 49.87 at the start of Egyptian bank trading today.

Euro

The euro recorded a decrease against the Egyptian pound Last Thursday, reaching EGP 57.77 for buying and EGP 57.8986 for selling, according to the latest data from the Central Bank.

The highest buying price was at «ADIB» at EGP 58.25 at the start of Egyptian bank trading today.

The lowest selling price was at «Banque Misr» at EGP 57.31 at the start of Egyptian bank trading today.

British Pound

The British pound also decrease against the Egyptian pound Last Thursday, reaching EGP 66.8074 for buying and EGP 66.9614 for selling, according to the latest data from the Central Bank of Egypt.

The highest buying price was at «ADIB» at EGP 67.35 at the start of Egyptian bank trading today.

The lowest selling price was at «NBE» at EGP 66.05 at the start of Egyptian bank trading today.

Saudi Riyal

The Saudi riyal recorded a decrease by the close of trading Last Thursday, reaching EGP 13.2857 for buying and EGP 13.3131 for selling, according to the latest data from the Central Bank of Egypt.

The highest buying price was at «ADIB» at EGP 13.36 at the start of Egyptian bank trading today.

The lowest selling price was at «FIBE»  at EGP 13.28 at the start of Egyptian bank trading today.

Kuwaiti Dinar

The Kuwaiti dinar recorded an decrease by the close of trading in Egypt Last Thursday, reaching EGP 162.4104 for buying and EGP 162.7892 for selling, according to the latest data from the Central Bank of Egypt.

The highest buying price was at «SAIB» at EGP 162.68 at the start of Egyptian bank trading today.

The lowest selling price was at «FAB» at EGP 162.16 at the start of Egyptian bank trading today.

UAE Dirham

The UAE dirham recorded a decrease by the close of trading in Egypt Last Thursday, reaching EGP 13.5740 for buying and EGP 13.6020 for selling, according to the latest data from the Central Bank of Egypt.

The highest buying price was at «ADIB» at EGP 13.66 at the start of Egyptian bank trading today.

The lowest selling price was recorded at «FIBE» at EGP 13.57 at the start of Egyptian bank trading today.
