EGP index increased against a basket of major currencies to 52.737points on Sunday
The Egyptian pound index Increased against the major currencies during Sunday 30 April 2023. The index reached 52.737 points, compared to 52.671 points on last Thursday’s trading.
The Egyptian pound index rose against 2 Currencies among a basket of seven currencies that measures the performance of the pound.
It rose against the Japanese Yen, Euro It fell against pound sterling ,Chinese Yuan and settled against the UAE dirham, Saudi riyal, US dollar.
The average pound sterling selling rate in Egypt rose from EGP 38.60 to EGP 38.90, while the average buying increased from EGP 38.47 to EGP 38.76 at the end of today's trading
The average selling price of the Euro in Egypt fell from EGP 34.16 to EGP 34.10, while the average buying decreased from EGP 34.05 to EGP 33.98 at the end of today's trading
The average selling price of the Chinese yuan in Egypt rose from EGP4.46 to EGP 4.47 at the end of today's trading while the average buying Increased from EGP 4.45 to EGP 4.46
The average selling price of the Japanese yen in Egypt fell from EGP 23.18 to EGP 22.70 while the buying price decreased from EGP 23.11 to EGP 22.62.
The average selling price of the Saudi riyal in Egypt settled at EGP 8.24 and EGP 8.22 for buying at the end of today's trading
The average selling price of the US dollar in Egypt settled at EGP 30.93 and EGP 30.83 for buying at the end of today's trading.
The average selling price of the UAE dirham in Egypt settled at EGP 8.42 and EGP 8.39 for buying at the end of today's trading.
