The Egyptian pound index decreased against the major currencies during Thursday 6 July 2023, The index reached 53.589 points, compared to 53.699 points on Yesterday's trading.
The Egyptian pound index decreased against 3 Currencies among a basket of seven currencies that measures the performance of the pound.
It fell against the Euro pound sterling, Japanese Yen and settled against the, UAE dirham, US dollar, Chinese Yuan, Saudi riyal.
The average selling price of the Euro in Egypt increased from EGP33.66 to EGP 33.70 while the average buying increased from EGP33.54 to EGP 33.59 at the end of today's trading
The average pound sterling selling rate in Egypt rose from EGP 39.27 to EGP39.51 while the average buying increased from EGP39.13 to EGP 39.38 at the end of today's trading.
The average selling price of the Chinese yuan in Egypt settled at EGP 4.27, while the average buying increased from EDP 4.25 EGP to 4.26 at the end of today's trading.
The average selling price of the Japanese yen in Egypt rose from EGP21.42 to EGP 21.51 while the buying price increased from EGP 21.36 to EGP 21.44.
The average selling price of the Saudi riyal in Egypt settled at EGP 8.24 while the buying price settled at EGP 8.22 at the end of today's trading
The average selling price of the US dollar in Egypt settled at EGP 30.93 and EGP 30.84 for buying at the end of today's trading.
The average selling price of the UAE dirham in Egypt settled at EGP 8.42 and EGP 8.39 for buying at the end of today's trading.
